as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (term position to end 6-30-98)
1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant lII (term position to end b-30-98)
1 Investigative Assistant (term position to end 6-30-98)
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 District Attorney Investigator II, I (term position to end 6-30-99)
1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III (term position to end 6-30-99)
1 Investigative Assistant (term position to end 6-30-99)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect urunediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
