AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY OEBUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 15 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled ',
PERSONNEL Budget Unit 090-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Personnel Analyst I (term position to end 6-30-9$}
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Personnel Analyst I (term position to end 12-31-9$)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(I} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (l5) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this

AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Haux, J'osiassen and Chair Davis
