5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.33 S S OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE'"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
9 as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 32 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
11 entitled PROBATION Budget Unit 430-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
12 following;
13 Positions Classification Title
14 1 Probation Officer III (term position to end 6-30-98)
15 .5 Off ce Assistant II (term position to end 6-30-98)
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classification Title
18 I Probation Officer III (term position to end 6--30-99)
19 .5 Office Assistant II (term position to end b-30-99)
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
21 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
22 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
23 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
24 California.
