AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KN WN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
Sec...~...t~on 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Position Classif cation Title
8 Nutrition Assistant II, 1
3 Office Assistant III, II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
7 Nutrition Assistant II, I
4 Office Assistant III, II, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
