3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3 3 5 5 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Califomia, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 32 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte
9 entitled PROBATION Budget Unit 430001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
10 following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 33 Probation Officer III, II, I
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 34 Probation Officer III, II, I
16 1 Secretary II
17 thereby changing the total from 64.5 to 66.5.
18 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
19 Government Code of the State of Califomia; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
20 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
21 California.
