AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS as
follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 64 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
ADMINISTRATIVE -BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE Budget Unit 720-
001 is hereby amended by deleting theirefrom the fallowing:
Positions Classifications
1 Superintendent -Buildings and Grounds (term position to end 06-30-98)
and adding thereto the following:
POSitfon5 Classifications
1 Superintendent -Buildings and Grounds (terra position to end 06-30-99)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect izx~.mediately pursuant to Section 25123 (f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
26th day of _ May , 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Haux, Josiassen and Chaiz Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
