AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3355 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 19 of Ordinance No. 3355 of the County of Butte entitled
DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL Budget Unit 3 20-001 is hereby amended by
and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing thetotal from 5 5.5 to S b . S .
Section 2 The changes made by this ordinance shall 'be are hereby made
retroactive to Jtule 9, 1998, and shall be operative as of that date.
This ordinance shall take effect iirunediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (IS} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
