ORDINANCE NO. 3439
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN AR-1 {AGRICULTURAL -
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 24-25.40.
~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,

under and pursuant to Section 24-25.40 of the Butte County Code of said County,

ORDAINS, as follows:

SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
5
6 Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an AR-1 (Agricultural -
7 Residential - 1 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the
$ restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
~ Section 24-95.

Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte

County, Oroville, more particularly described as follows:

~~ Being located south of Oroville, and being a portion of the southwest
quarter of Section 32, T19N, R4E, MDB&M, more particularly
14 described as:
15 The southerly '1980 feet of the easterly 33D feet of the west half of the
southwest quarter of said section 32; and all of the east half of the
16 southwest quarter of said section 32 lying west of the following
~,~ described line:
lg Beginning at a point 310.74 feet south of Kusel Road, said point being
330 feet west of the centerline of Lincoln Blvd, thence southerly ,
19 parallel with and 33D westerly of the centerline of Lincoln Blvd to the
south line of said Section 32, T19N, R4E, MDB&M

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be

in full force and effect from and after thirty (3D) days after the date of its passage,
24
25 and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
26 Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of

Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 28th day of July, 9998, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, and Chair Davis
NOES: No one
ABSENT: Supervisor Josiassen
NOT VOTING: No one
