5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO: 3437 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
9 as follows:
IO Section 1 that Section No. 17 of Ordinance Na. 3437 of the County of Butte
I I entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION Budget Unit 320-
12 002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 27 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
I S 3 Account Clerk or Office Assistant II, I
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classifications
I S 30 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk

20 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
2I This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230 of the
22 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
23 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
24 California.
