HomeMy WebLinkAbout34461 2 3 4 Ordinance No. ~~4~ 5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3441 OF THE 6 COUNTY_OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" 7 S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS 9 as follows: 10 Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3441 of the County of Butte 11 entitled BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is 12 hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: 13 Positions Classifications 14 3 Auditor-Accountant II, I 15 S Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk 16 and adding thereto the following: 17 Positions Classifications 1 S 4 Auditor-Accountant II, I 19 7 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk 20 thereby leaving the total unchanged. 21 Section 2 that Section No. 51 of Ordinance No. 3441 of the County of Butte 22 entitled BEHAVIORAL HEALTH _ SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES Budget Unit 23 541-002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: 24 Positions Classif cations __. ., __~._.25 .. .... .. ...........1 _.~......_.__ ..._._.._.Auditor-AceountantLL~_I..._......_...... _._ .. ......_.. .__ m. _ ~ ._..~.~ m 26 2 Administrative Services Assistant 27 11 2s 11 1 and addzng thereto the following: 2 Positions Classifications 3 2 Auditor-Accountant II, I 4 1 Administrative Services Assistant 5 thereby leaving the total unchanged. 6 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the 7 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 15} days 8 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of 9 California. 10 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 11 13th day of October ,1.998, by the following vote: 12 13 AYES: Supervisors Bee~.ex, Da7.an, Houx, Josiassen and Chaa.r Davis 14 NOES: Nane 15 ABSENT: None 16 NOT VOTING: None 17 18 19 ~_. ~ ~~~ _ .ter, ~ 20 FRED DAVIS, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors 21 22 ATTEST: 23 JOHN BLACKLOCK, Clerk of the 24 Board of Supervisors 2~ 27 // 28 II
