5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3441 OF THE
G COUNTY OF BU TTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
9 as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 3441 of the County of Butte
11 entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY ~ FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION Budget Unit 320-
12 002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classif cations
14 17 Office Assistant III, II, I
15
i 6 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classifications
18 1 Administrative Services Assistant
19 16 Office Assistant III, II, I
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
21 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
22 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
23 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
24 California.
