AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3441 OF THE
CQUNTY OF BUTTE,, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 22 of Ordinance No. 3441 of the County of Butte entitled
SHERIFF-CORONER -OPERATIONS Budget Unit 3b0-002 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3b Deputy Sheriff
I Sheriff's Clerk II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3S Deputy Sheriff
2 Sheriff's Clerk II, I
thereby changing the total. from 73 to 76.
Section 2 that Section No. ] I of Ordinance No. 3441 of the County of Butte entitled
ASSESSOR Budget Unit 080-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom tlae following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervisor -Staff S«pport Services
thereby changing the total from 58.5 to 57.5.
This ordinance shall take effect imimediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of Califo~•nia; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
