5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3441 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
9 as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 48 of Ordinance No. 3441 of the County of Butte
11 entitled PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby
12 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 10 Medical Records Technician II, I
15 1 Receptionist
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classif cations
18 11 Medical Records Technician II, I
19 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
20 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
21 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
22 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
23 Ca.Iifornia.
