AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3441 OF THE
C LINTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3441 ofthe County of Butte entitled
WELFARE -SERVICES Budget Unit 570-004 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
11 Social Worker Supervisor II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
10 Social Worker Supervisor II
1 Social Worker Supervisor II {term position to end OS-23-00)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
Section 2 that Section No. 5~ of Ordinance No. 3441 of tl~e County of Butte entitled
WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Social Worker Supervisor II
thereby changing the total from 140 to 141.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
~ Governanent Code of the State of Califor7ia; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte tlus
