The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Std of California, ORDAINS
as follows:
ection 1 that Section No. 69 of Ordinance No. 352 , of the County of Butte
entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS,
REFERENCE A: APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

retroactive to July 11, 1998, and shall be operative as of that date.
This ordinance shall tale effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
