AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 34x2 OF THE
COUNTY ~F BT~rTE, KNOWN AS THE„"SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section I that Section No. S8 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
entitled LIBRARY Budget Unit 630-000 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification T. itle
4 Library Assistant II, I
I Secretary I
2 Of.~.ce Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
0.75 Librarian III (term position to end 06-30-99}
9 Library Assistant II, I
1 Secretary II, I

thereby changing the total from l8 to 23.75.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
