AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
F B TE A THE " ALARY RD E"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 16 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
BUT1"E COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-041. is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:

1 Court Services Coordinator II (term position to end 12/31/98)
and adding thereto the following:

1 Court Services Coordinator II (term position to end 04/01/99)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
~I after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
