AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
covNTY_QE BUTTE, KNO~VI~ A~.. THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Se~„~~ 1 that Section No. 16 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
BUTTE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COURTS Budget Unit 240-001 is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
i ' n Classification Title
1 Information Systems Analyst IIII -Courts
1 Information Systems Technician IUI -Courts
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Information Systems Analyst III/IIII -Courts
2 Information Systems Technician III/II/I -Courts ',

thereby changing the total from 120.5 to 121.50. ~,

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
~, Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
'after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
