AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
lion 1 that Section No. 30 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
PROBATION Budget Unit 430-001 is heeeby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification, Tale
0.5 Office Assistant II {term position to end 06-30-99}
and adding thereto the following:

0.75 Office Assistant II {term position to end 06-30-99}
thereby changing the total from 68.5 to 68.75.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
