AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, I~LQ~VN AS THE "S~.~A,RY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
~~ that Section No. 5 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
ADNIlNISTRATIVE -CLERK OF THE BOARD Budget Unit 020-002 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions (~~~ssification Title
1 Assistant Clerk to the Board of Supervisors II (term position to end 12/30/98)
and adding thereto the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fi$een (1S) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
