The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ~

Section 1 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS - REFERENCE F:
CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNIViENTS is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
~ Gasification Tale
$65.OO/HR (Board Eligible) 6510 Mental Health Clinic Psychiatrist
$75.OO/HR (Board Certified) 6810 Mental Health Clinic Psychiatrist
and adding thereto the following:

$80.OO/HR LDefined as 6810 Senior Staff Psychiatrist
either being Board Certified,

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(fj of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
15th day of December , 1998, by the following vote: ~
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, ~'osiassen and Chair Davis
