AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALAR~,,.,QRDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN ''
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 17 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled ',
DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIlVIIlVAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title ',
17 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I '',
and adding thereto the following:
Posirions Classification Title
1 S Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I
thereby changing the total from 58.5 to 59.5.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{fj of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
