5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
1o Section 1 that Section No. 30 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitied
11 PROBATION Budget Unit 430-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
12 following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 34 Probation O#~icer III, II, I
~ s and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
17 35 Probation Officer III, II, I
18 thereby changing the total from 68.75 to 69.75.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fi$een (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
I5th day of December , 1998, by the following vote:
AYES Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houma, Josiassen and Chair Davis
