AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
.COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE ",~A~~ARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

1 Welfare Program Manager (term position to end 12-31-98}
6 Welfare Staff Analyst
1 Welfare Staff Analyst (term position to end 12-31-98)
1 Staff Service System Specialist (term position to end 12-31-98}

and adding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(1} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
15th day of December ,,,,,,_ 1998, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
