AN ORDINANCE AIViENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUT'TE,_KNOWN AS THE „",S:ALARY ORDINANCE'S
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. i 8 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
DISTRICT ATTORNEY - FAMII,Y SUPPORT DIVISION Budget Unit 320-002 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
