AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
C4T,~,~'TY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINA~T(~E"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 48 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:

3 StaffNurse II, I or Licensed Voacational Nurse
6 Public Health Assistant II, I
and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 96 to 98.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12th day of January , 1999, by the following vote:
