5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
~ COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
1 o Section 1 that Section No. 48 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitied
11 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 540-001 is hereby amended by
12 adding thereto the following:
13 Positions Classification Titxe
14 1 Office Assistant III, II, I {term position to end 12-3 ].-99)
15 thereby changing the #otal from 100 to 101.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
