6 COUN'T'Y OF BUTTES KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
to Section 1 that Section No. 17 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
~ 1 DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIIVTINAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended by
12 deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
~4 1 Legal Secretary II, I
is adding thereto the following:
~6 Positions Classification Title
17 2 Legal Secretary II, I
18 thereby changing the total from 61 to 62.
~ s Section 2 that Section No. 23 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
20 SHERIFF-CORONER -CORRECTIONS Budget Unit 360-003 is hereby amended by
21 deleting therefrom the following:
22 Positions Classification Title
23 53 Correctional Officer
24 adding thereto the following:
25 os~hons C assification Title
26 54 Correctional Officer
27 thereby changing the total from 93 to 94.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 ailer its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 23rd day of February , 1999, by the following vote:
