5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF. BUTTE, KNC}WN AS THE "SALARY, ORDINANCE"

g The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
~. o Section 1 that Section No. 17 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
11 DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRD.VIlNAL Budget Unit 320-001 is hereby amended by
12 adding thereto the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 .5 Office Assistant III, II, I/Legal Typist Clerk (term position to end 12-31-00}
15 thereby changing the total from 60.5 to 61.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 . Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fi$een {1S) days
