s AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
~ COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
t o Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
1 t BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
12 amended by adding thereto the following:

14 1 Health Education Specialist II, I (Term position to end 6-30-99)

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days

5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 23rd day of Februar 1999, by the following vote:
