s AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3452 OF THE
s COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE.."SALARY ORDINANCE"

g The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
1o Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
t1 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -~ GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
12 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 35.5 Mental Health Clinician II, I
1 ~ 48 Mental Health Worker, Mental Health Counselor,
Senior Mental Health Counselor
15 2 Administrative Services Assistant
t ~ 16 Medical Records Technician lI, I
1 Office Assistant III, II, I

t~ and adding thereto the following:

26 thereby changing the total from 195 to 212.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {1S} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 23rd day of r~arch , 1999, by the following vote:
