5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
~ COUNTY OF _BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
~ as follows:
l0 Section 1 that Section No. 16 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
11 SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF BUTTE Budget Unit 240-000 is
12 hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Posirions Classification Title
14 1 Court Services Coordinator II (term position to end 04101199)
15 2 Court Services Coordinator II
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classification Title
18 3 Court Services Coordinator II
19 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)~days
