5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS REFERENCE D:
12 MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
13 CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

22 Section 2 The changes made by this ordinance shall be and are hereby made
23 retroactive to February 6, 1999, and shall be operative as of that date.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
~ California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 I3th day of Aprii , 1999, by the following vote:
