s AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
t o Section 1 that Section No. 62 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled 720-001 ADMINISTRATIVE - BUILDINGS & GROUNDS
12 MAINTENANCE is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 1 Superitendent-Buildings and Grounds {term position to end
x 5 6-30-99}
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classifications
1 S 1 Superitendent-Buildings and Grounds (term position to end
i9 6-30-2000}
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
21 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
22 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
23 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
24 California.
