S AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3452 OF THE
~ COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
ld Section 1 that Section No. 17 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled 320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIMINAL is hereby amended by adding
12 thereto the following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 1 District Attorney Investigator II (term position to end
15 09-30-2000)
16 1 Legal Secretary III, II, I (term position to end 09-30-2000)
17 thereby changing the total from 62 to 64.
18 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(fj of the
19 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
20 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
21 California.
