5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 36 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled 441-001. AGRICULTURAL DEPARTMENT -WATER DIVISION is hereby
12 deleted in its entirety.
13 Section 2 that Section No. 36 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
14 entitled 441-001 WATER AND RESOURCE CONSERVATION is added together
15 with the following classifications:
16 Positions Classifications
17 1 Director-Water and Resource Conservation
18 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
19 1 Administrative Services Assistant
20 for a total of 3.
21 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of
22 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15}
23 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
24 State of California.
