3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3452 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS_ THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
9 entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS REFERENCE D:
10 MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY LNT
11 CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Classification Title Class Code Salax
13 G.LS. System Planner 3525 Step 11$19.75 -Step 51$24.01
14 and adding thereto the following:

16 Geographic Information System (G.I.S.} Manager 3525 Step 11$17.79 -Step 51$21.62
17 Section 2 that Section No. 39 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
18 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES -PLANNING Budget Unit 4$0-001 is hereby amended
19 by deleting therefrom the following:

22 and adding thereto the following:

1 'This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230 of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
