3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3452 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
9 entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS REFERENCE A: GENERAL
10 UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Classification Title Class Code Sa a
12 Planning Technician 3 510 Step 11$13.32 -- Step 51$16.19
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Classification Title Class Code Salar
15 Planning Technician I 3509 Step 1/$12.06 -Step 5/$14.65

17 Section 2 that Section No. 39 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
18 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES -PLANNING Budget Unit 480-001 is hereby amended
19 by deleting therefrom the following:
20 Positions Classification Title
21 1 Planning Technician
22 1 Secretary I or Office Assistant III
23 and adding thereto the following:
24 Positions Classification Title
25 2 Planning Technician II,-L _ _ .
26 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230 of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
