AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
The Boazd of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN as
follows:
S ion 1 that Section No. 30 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
430-001 PROBATION is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Probation Technician
thereby changing the total from 71.75 to 70.75. - ~ .,
Section 2 that Section No. 31 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled ~~
43(1-0006 PROBATION -- VICTIM WITNESS GRANT is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Positions Classifcation Title
1 Probation Technician
thereby changing the total from 2 to 3.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(fj of the
Government Cade of the State of California; and before expiration of the fifteen (15} days after
