3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 55 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
9 entitled WELFARE - CaIWORKs Budget Unit 570-006 is hereby amended by adding
10 thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
i2 1 Welfare Program Manager (term position to end 06130100)
13 thereby changing the total from 84 to 85.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
