3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
7 as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section No. 7 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
9 AUDITOR-CONTROLLER -Budget Unit 050-001 is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 11 Auditor-Accountant II, I or Accounting Specialist
13 13 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
14
15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
17 12 Auditor-Accountant II, I or Accounting Specialist
18 12 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
t 9 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{~ of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 25th day of May , 1999, by the following vote:
