5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
d COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALA.RY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 12 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled 090-001 PERSONNEL is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
12 Positions Classif cations
13 1 Administrative Services Assistant (term position to end
14 11-26~-99}
15 thereby changing the total to 11.
16 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230 of
17 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
1 S days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
19 State of California.
