5 AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY_ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled 541-001 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES is hereby
12 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classifications
1 ~ 2 Mental Health Clinician II, I (term position to end 6-3 0-99)
15 4 Senior Mental Health Counselor or Mental Health Counselor or
16 Mental Health Worker (term position to end 6-30-99)
17 1 Health Education Specialist II, I (term position to end 6-30W99}
18 And adding thereto the following:
19 Positions Classifications
20 2 Mental Health Clinician II, I (term position to end
21 630-2000)
22 4 Senior Mental Health Counselor or Mental Health Counselor or
23 Mental Health Worker {term position to end 6-30-2000)
24 1 Health Education Specialist II, I {term position to end 6-30-2000)
25 thereby leaving the...totsl unchanged.

1 This ordinance shah take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of
2 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 15}
3 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
4 State of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
