5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
t~ Section 1 that Section No. b$ of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
11 SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS REFERENCED: MANAGEMENT,
12 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby
13 amended by adding thereto the following:

15 Program Manger -Staff Services 1245 Step 1/$].9.46 -Step 5/$23.65
1b Section 2 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte entitled
1~ BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES Budget Unit 541-001 is hereby
18 amended by deleting therefrom the following:

20 3 Program Manager -Community Services
21 adding thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen { 15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
