5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 30 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled 43 0-001 PROBATION is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
l.2 following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 1 (or 2 - 50%) Probation Officer II, I
15 And adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classifications
17 1. Probation Officer III, II, I
18 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
19 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
20 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
21 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
22 State of California.
