s AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3452 OF THE
~ COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 aS follows:
to Section 1 that Section No. 30 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled PROBATION`_ is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Positions Classifications
13 3 Probation Officer III
14 and adding thereto the following:
is Positions Classifications
16 3 Probation Officer III,II,I
17 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
18 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 {f) of the
19 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
20 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
21 California.
