5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 22 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled 360002 SHERIFF-CORONER -OPERATIONS is hereby amended by
12 deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classifications
14 1 Sheriff s Clerk II, I
15 And adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classifications
17 1 Sheriff s Clerk III, II
18 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
19 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25 i 23(f) of
20 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (l.5)
21 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
22 State of California.
