5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3452 OF THE
s COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN
9 as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
11 entitled WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570-001 is hereby amended by
12 deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 20 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
15 and adding thereto the following:
lb Positions Classification Title
17 21 Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
18 thereby changing the total from 148 to 149.
19 Section 2 that Section No. 53 of Ordinance No. 3452 of the County of Butte
20 entitled WELFARE -ELIGIBILITY Budget Unit 570-003 is hereby amended by deleting
21 therefrom the following:
22 Positions Classification Title
23 127 Eligibility Worker IZ, I
24 and adding thereto the following:
25 Positions Classification_Title
26 130 Eligibility Worker II, I
27 thereby changing the total from 170 to 173.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
