5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 51 of Ordinance No. of the County of Butte entitled
11 "570-001 WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
12 the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 2 Eligibility Training Technician
15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classif cation Title
17 2 Senior Employment and Eligibility Technician
18 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
19 Section 2 that Section 52 of Ordinance No. of the County of Butte entitled
20 "570-003 WELFARE -ELIGIBILITY" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
21 following:
22 Positions Classification Title
23 26 Eligibility Worker III
24 and adding thereto the following:

27 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

7 and adding thereto the following:

10 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take-effect- immediately pursuant to Section 251.23(fJ of-the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
