5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3531 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ORDAINS
9 as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 14 of Ordinance No. 3531 of the County of Butte entitled
11 COUNTY CLERK-ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION Budget Unit 130-001 is hereby
12 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 4 Deputy County Clerk-Elections III, II, I
15 adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classif cation Title
17 3 Deputy County Clerk~Elections III, II, I
18 thereby changing the total from 7 to 6
19 Section 2 that Section No. 38 of Ordinance No. 3531 of the County of Butte entitled
20 COUNTY CLERK-RECORDER Budget Unit 470-001 is hereby amended by deleting
21 therefrom the following:
22 Positions Classification Title
23 9 Deputy County Clerk-Recorder III, II, I
24 adding thereto the following:

26 10 Deputy County Clerk-Recorder III, II, I
27 thereby changing the total from 12 to 13

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 2~th day of July ~_, 1999, by the following vote:
